MUSIC: Charlie Puth Ft. Boyz II Men – If You Leave Me Now

"If You Love Me Now" is the third track off Puth’s sophomore album "Voicenotes"

Charlie Puth starts the year with a heartbreak ballad track featuring Boyz II Men. The song is a Capella titled ‘If You Leave Me Now’, released on Thursday evening, January 4, 2018.

In the song, Puth sings about the struggle of letting go of a relationship. ” ‘Cause girl, if you leave me now/ If you give it up and just walk right out/ You will take the biggest part of me,” they sing. “And all the things that I believe/ Baby, if you leave me now.”

“If You Love Me Now” is the third track off Puth’s sophomore album “Voicenotes”, earlier slated for January 19, but he has taken to Twitter to announce that the track is no more dropping on the scheduled date.

“The bad news is that I have to push the album release date,” he tells his 2 million followers. “I’m producing this album all myself and with that comes a lot of work, and in my opinion, the album is not perfect yet. However, it will still come out this year, and soon.”
