Britney Spears has announced her 20th perfume fragrance in 12 years, “Private Show.”
According to a press release about the fragrance, Private Show’s scent was inspired by the 34-year-old pop princess’ “love of dulce de leche, white florals and iced coffee.”
The “Pretty Girls” hitmaker took to Instagram before returning to the stage for her “Piece of Me” show in Las Vegas on Friday, June 17. “Introducing my new fragrance, Private Show. Coming soon. #PrivateShow #TakeABow @britneyspearsfragrances,” she wrote.
Spears released her first scent in 2004, Curious, and has since been a staple in the perfume industry. This isn’t even the first fragrance she’s released this year; she also came out with Maui Fantasy in January.
In 2013, Spears released a music video for her song “Perfume,” which had some obvious product placements.
Last year, Spears shared with InStyle why she keeps churning out different scents. “I’ve been creating fragrances for more than 10 years, and each one shows a different side of my personality,” she explained.
Private Show — which is priced between $9.99 and $52 — is said to be a “tribute to [Spears’] accomplishments on and off stage,” and seeks to serve as “an inspiration for all of her fans.
